A booking is confirmed only when payment is received and you receive a confirmation email
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
Session availability is subject to change and capacity limits
2.2 Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
Some sessions may accept cash payment on the day - this will be confirmed during booking
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Customer Cancellations
24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit towards another session
Less than 24 hours: No refund, but may transfer to another session subject to availability
No show: No refund or transfer
3.2 Amanda Jane Wellness Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient bookings, illness, or unforeseen circumstances
If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session
We will provide as much notice as possible (minimum 24 hours where possible)
3.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first session
Latecomers may not be admitted if it disrupts the session
Bring any required items as specified in your confirmation email
